This is the prelim purchase agreement, which of course will evolve over time, but will always be written by me, under CONSULTATION with lawyers, but never BY lawyers. This is as close to a final agreement as I can imagine wanting right now, other than the evolution of very detailed Simulator and Knowldge Training and Testing checklists, which I wll personally develop to the point I want them. These checklists will include all the details of operating the X-1, and ALSO all of the details of operating as a private pilot, and ALSO all of the details of operating as am instrument-rated pilot, and ALSO a decent write-up of the most common types of accidents in general aviation, and ALSO detailed reports of every X-1 accident that has ever happened, if any. Given that most accidents are fuel-exhaustion, showing off, spatial dis-orientation, and controlled flight into terrain, the avionics in this airplane will be carefully designed to guard against these behaviours in many ways. I will have many loud, clear, plain-english verbal annunciators to indicate unusual attitudes, low fuel, terrain proximity, etc etc etc in my own shrill, hi-pitched, piercing, annoying voice.

Now on to the prelim contract! (Which of course will NOT be executed by anyone until one moment AFTER the performance of the prototype has been verified in flight and publicized at this web site).
